This is Joyce Andersen's first CD, a 5 song EP of originals made when she was living in NY. It has a folk/pop/rock feel to it on 4 cuts and just guitar and vocal on the 5th. If you want to hear a more rockin' side of Joyce pick this one up while it's still in print. Full of strong songwriting and singing from the hit single "Should I Know By Now", to the introspective "Rise and Fall" and "I Guess I'm Free" which are favorites in her live performance, the bluesy groovin' "Back to Love" and the story song "Leavin' Again" which features the only fiddle on the collection.
