For many years we have been performing together,actually meeting on a gig. Somehow timing and opportunity up until now never allowed for collaboration. Always knowing we would someday go into the studio together, "Beautiful Friendship" is quite a long time coming. We give thanks to our"Village" and for your steadfast support of all we do. Davey and Esther have been married since 1978 and continue to perform together to this day. The reside in Washington, DC and have a beautiful daughter who is heard at the end of "Its' Time for Love. They are the co-founders of "The Washington Jazz Arts Institute" , a music mentoring program geared to guide young aspiring musical artist as they matriculate through secondary and post secondary school endeavors.
