KAI' BROWN: Songs That Minister
Gods' Humble servant dedicated to ministry first. The music ministry has been traveling across the US and into Europe. His ministry has received various awards nationally.He's also ministered in song at the GMWA workshop and other conferences nationwide musically and by preaching the Word of God! He's invited to several youth conferences annually.
"Souls over sales" is the motto. The Cd that you are looking at Ministers! The style is contemporary with a traditional feel as quoted by the Missouri Gospel Announcers Guild president, Chuck Spearman. Kai's first release "Something's Going On In Here", is still selling well at concerts and small chains. Many of the songs from that cd is on this one. Born in New Jersey, Min. Brown grew up singing in church choirs and at family gatherings. He then grew up, strayed away and began singing R&B, sharing venues with most of the top secular artists of the late 80's and mid 90's. There was no peace, satisfaction or joy. Then God started to remind him of the times of being on the streets, looking for shelter, the dangers he had been protected from and the friends who are no longer living. Then the call to ministry was accepted. God has ordained it, anointed it and blessed it. Witness it!
